At Remix, we believe that every teenager should have a place to call their home, belong and to be able to encounter the Spirit through community. More than a youth group, we are redeemed and have life in our veins. We empower each other and are empowered by the Holy Spirit to impact our schools and families, all as a movement. We are those who innovate, we know that our

dreams have meaning and our lives serve a purpose. Our group believes that we are the x-factor of our generation with a mission to spread the love of God with each person that we interact with and invite them to a relationship and to join our community.

Our vision is to create intentional relationships with our students, leaders, and the parents of Remix Community. We aim to create a meaningful and safe environment for our teenagers to thrive in their relationship with God and each other. Our model for discipleship is to prepare each teenager with the skills, tools, and knowledge to take on the world and live as a youth whose lives are believed in and are taken care of through intentional relationships, studying the world, living a lifestyle of worship, and pursuing the dream of God over their lives. It is our heart to see those dreams come alive, for each one, including the parents to feel connected to our staff, one another, and the Church.

Brandon Stone

Youth Ministry Director

Brandon is the youth director at Garden Valley Church with a heart and passion to see young people equipped with the tools and ability to go out and change the world around them, living their God-given potential, facing life’s challenges. The founder of clothing line, band and movement RUVCH, he has a unique perspective on building a community within his company and the youth group. He is also the oldest of six siblings and many spiritual siblings who he loves, a favorite uncle to the kids in his family and a coffee addict. Brandon is also the inspiration and driving force behind GVC’s Youth Culture podcast.
