Strong in Meekness, Bold for Jesus

At Garden Valley Youth, we embrace the call to be meek—not as a sign of weakness, but as a strength that is under control. Our guiding scripture is, “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” To us, meekness is embodied in four words: Strong, Humble, Submitted, and Servant.

These qualities define who we are and how we live. We see Jesus as the ultimate example of meekness. Throughout His ministry, He was strong yet humble, fully submitted to God, and a servant to all. Our heart is to be just like Jesus, making much of Him in all we do.

We are a community committed to living out these values every day—showing strength in character, humility in heart, submission to God, and a servant’s love toward those around us.
